Letter of Intent

     No work is performed without a signed "letter of intent" which specifies the details of the work agreement.  This document is prepared subsequent to verbal consultation with a prospective client.  Work begins upon receipt of a copy of the signed and notarized signature page along with the previously agreed upon retainer fee.

Fee Schedule

1. Hourly:  Activities charged by the hour include: travel, laboratory research, digital photography, digital microscopy, videographic analysis of physical evidence, verbal consultation, report generation, deposition testimony, trial testimony,
2. Fixed:   Activities performed for a fixed fee may include, but are not limited to: nondestructive evaluation of physical evidence, generation of case specific opinions, generation of generic opinions, deposition preparation, trial preparation
